Sudafed: Sudafed is a cheap and easy way to "dry you up" and stop the running nose. Natural ways if you don't wanna take decongestants like zyrtec or Claritin (loratadine) include (but not fda approved): tomato tea irrigate the sinuses with sea salt soln. Honey/bee pollen ionizer for the room remove the pet from the house.
