Both: Zymotic is an old term used for conditions that are endemic or epidemic. Goiter is a condition of the thyroid that occurs usually from low iodine and could be endemic to an area. Mumps is a viral infection and while due to immunizations is not frequently found but in the past could become epidemic. You would have to be more specific for a better answer.
