That is what it sounds like: I'm not clear what all of your code letters are, people with Hashimoto's thyroiditis have antibodies against thyroid tissue. You need an evaluation to see if these antibodies have affected the thyroid gland. Sometimes in this setting you can have an underactive thyroid and other times you can have an overactive thyroid. An evaluation by your physician or endocrinologist to help clarify your issues

Thyroid tests: your tests are results of antibodies against thyroid peroxidase and thyrogolbulin. If you are hypo (low) thyroid with these positive tests, a DX of Hashi is high. If you are euthyroid (normal tsh, normal T4) it suggests DX of autoimmune thyroid disease. Please be sure you follow up with your endocrinologist. Good luck.
