Light, & loud alarm: One way is to get a bright full spectrum light and a timer that will turn it on 20-30 minutes before you need to get out of bed. Another helpful method is to use the most obnoxious alarm clock you can find and put it across the room. There is one cheap alarm clock that sends up a plastic helicopter that flies randomly across the room, and the alarm will not stop until you get it and put it back.

Get enough sleep: Two big deterrents to getting out of bed are lack of adequate rest/sleep and not enjoying the upcoming day's agenda. Get an alarm that has a loud but pleasant sound that is out of arms' reach to help you actually get out of bed, and then preplan an activity that you enjoy: a cup of coffee listening to your favorite music, reading, a puzzle, or other hobby. Commit to 221 days and it will be habit.
