Consult: The best person to answer your question is a plastic surgeon. Keep in mind that any surgery if offered, will not be covered by health insurance unless there is a neoplasm. My feeling is that you are in "dangerous waters" running a serious risk of infection and/or scarring by any surgery.

Cheeks: Sometimes, you will grow into your cheeks and come to like them. If you truly have large cheeks and genuinely hate them, plastic surgery is always an option. Best wishes.
