Topamax (topiramate): This is rare and it depends on the dose. More likely sedation. Talk to your doc.

Topamax (topiramate): Topamax (topiramate) is usually sedating and some people report confusion at higher doses. There are always people who have unusual reactions like insomnia but this is not common.
