No way to tell: Neither the topiramate nor the combo you mentioned are considered the Gold Standard drug to treat ALL 4 of the conditions at the same time. Therefore, on that basis I wouldn't expect EITHER regimen to be terrific. Having said that...each individual is different. If your doctor is recommending one of those options then, I would trust his judgement, take the medication as directed and see wassup.
