Currently on topamax (topiramate) as a mood stabilizer and it's not working for my bipolar type 2. i've already been on lithium, valproic acid .any new ideas?

Yes: You have not been through all mood-stabilizing possibilities. If you're not working with a psychiatrist to manage these medications, please do so. Tegretol and Lamictal are 2 other options to consider. Also seroquel -- and latuda, (lurasidone) especially if you're very bothered with bipolar depression. Take care.
