Stomach irritation: All medications from this class may cause stomach irritation by disrupting lining if stomach. Try taking otc Omeprazole 20 mg daily.In an with water. Do not eat or drink any thing for 30 minted after taking this medication. Do this daily. While taking pain melds you mentioned. See a physician for persistent or new symptoms. In general tylenol (acetaminophen) 325 mg 2 pills every 6 hrs should be tried first.
