Cbc results my RBC counts are more or less the same every annual but my WBC and differential fluctuate more than RBC counts is this normal thanks?
The lab my Dr office uses is Quest Diagnostic. Their WBC normal range is 3.8 to 10.8. My WBC was 4.5. It seems that other labs consider below 4.0 or 4.5 low. Why do other labs use different standards for low WBC then Quest? Which is correct? Thanks.

My blood test showed a WBC of 5.2 with Neutrophils as 2.77 (53.3%) the blood reports states Neutrophils show left shift, can left shift be detected with auto analysers? Should I be worried the FBC does state 'normal' (left shift isn't normal) Thanks?
