Transvag u/s at 7wk3d today showed 24*9*14 and a yolk sac but, no fetal pole. b-hcg at 6wk4d 26000. im v worried cuz spotting for past 1 wk?

Could be OK: The average sac diameter at your last exam was 15.7mm. Just seeing a yolk sac for that size sac could be ok. You might be a little less far along than you thought. A repeat ultrasound in a week would confirm presence or absence of fetal life. A repeat serum HCG showing an appropriate rise would also suggest progression of the pregnancy. Good luck.
