Recheck soon: Hoping you are better. These drop as you feel better, rather than in a time course. As a pathologist, for me "the person" takes precedence over "the numbers". If the lft's are still up, seek another cause (hepatitis b or c, hemochromatosis, wilson's, medication, alcohol, metabolic syndrome).
