MR Results: Radiologist reports findings (first part of report) and interprets them for an impression of anatomic diagnoses or possible diagnoses (final part of the report). This impression is often interpreted further by your physician who ordered it, which in many cases means taking the radiologist's interpretation rather than looking at the images themselves.
