Reasonable: Artifacts can be common on MRI. Repeating the exam can sometimes clarify things.

Your MRI findings do not reveal a clearcut pathological explanation for your headaches, which have remitted at this point. Artifactual findings are not uncommon in radiology and MRI artifacts are encountered quite often. A repeat study if symptoms warrant would be prudent but not critical if symptoms do not recur.
