Doesn't seem likely.: H pylori doesn't directly kill anyone but can predispose you to bleeding that can. Sounds like you are having fairly severe symptoms for h. Pylori. Maybe the infection is incidental? You might want to consider being tested for true allergy to "all meds for h pylori." true allergy of that nature are very uncommon.
