Orally: Even if you have to spoon or syringe feed your child you should if that's the only way they'll keep it down. If they won't keep anything down then you should have your child seen. He or she may not need IV fluids but sometimes a single dose of zofran (ondansetron) an anti-nausea medication is enough to control vomiting. You should be using an oral rehydration solution (ors), such as pedialyte.
