Do not worry: You have what is called coccydynia- painful coccyx, in your case fractured. A simple caudal epidural and segment injection can help you now, safe even while pregnant. During labor , the epidural used for labor pain will most likely take care if your coccyx pain as well. The coccyx fracture will not impede delivery.
