Unlikely: Most likely you may have osteoarthritis. See your doctor who will be able to exclude other causes and prescribe you something to help you feel better.

Cancer unlikely: An autoimmune arthritis is a more likely explanation for your symptoms. You do not need to put up with pain. There are effective treatments. Please see your doctor.
