Locking bones: Locking or clicking? Are you athletic? Consider sports hernia if athletic (usually seen in males-more pain then clicking). ligament strain, tendonitis, or hip pathology like avascular necrosis, femoral acetabular impingement, or even sciatica. If not allergic Try NSAIDS f/u with doctor /urgent care.
