Probably not: This sounds more like invasive enteritis. Fever and bloody diarrhea is often caused by a bacterial intestinal infection. While antibiotics are not always needed, you should see a doctor. It is important to find out what is causing this. Flu usually doesn't cause severe diarrhea. Irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) is a chronic condition and shouldn't cause fever, and body aches.
