Yes: When you have two total hips replacement this means you have arthritis, the cold weather have a great deal of effect on arthritis in general and especially degenerative one.

Yes: Cold weather or low pressure conditions may make the affected joint ache a little or aggravate percieved stiffness. This is most noticable the 1st year after surgery and becomes less over time.
