See your surgeon: Are you asking what you should do for your muscle spasms or are you asking if your greater trochanter ostetomy or fracture is the culprit? If your spasms in your thigh are frequent and/ or worsening or associated w/ weight bearing than see your treating orthopedic surgeon for treatment. Best of luck!
