PVD: You could have had a posterior vitreous detachment (when the jelly of the eye seperates from the retina and changes in consistancy leaving blurred areas of jelly in the eye). When the jelly pulls from the optic nerve, it can leave a circle shape and cuase a circle of blurriness.
