Could be...: You could be having a bad tension headache. You could have a viral infection like a cold or a sinus infection. If the headache is really the only symptoms and there are no nasal / throat / cough symptoms, then I would try some ibuprofen or excederin migraine and get some sleep. If it worsens, see your doctor or an urgent care.
