Hopefully nothing: Are you having problems with pain or nausea from gallstones now? Watch your foods, avoid fatty greasy foods, review your options with you obstetrician. If there are recurrent severe problems then surgery could become needed, but hopefully you can wait until after the completion of your pregnancy.
