Chest pain: This can be caused by a number of conditions e.g. Heart disease, pulmonary disease, infections, gastric acid reflux, inflammation of the costral-chonral junctions, and several others. Immediate evaluation is necessary to determine the cause to give proper treatment. Call your physician immediately, or if you develop more symptoms and become worse, call 911. Do not ignore these symptoms.
