Cramping: Abdominal cramping with normal bowel movements, no vomiting or abdominal distension could be certain food intolerance(lactose, gluten), irritable bowel syndrome or some gas entrapment. Antispasmodic medications like dicyclomine should relieve cramps. Taking simethicone after meals prevents gas build up. If symptoms persist consult a gastroenterologist.
