Hard to say: True allergies to sex (semen or other sexual fluid) is extremely rare. I would suggest checking whether your partner is using any lotion or medication that you are allergic to. Think about whether you use fresh linens and a special soap or softener. In other words, look for something different when you have sex that might be the cause but not likely sex itself. Best wishes.
