I was running with hip pain for three days. On third day felt a pain going down thigh. Now it's swollen and brushed. Thoughts. Yes it's psipainful ?

Bursitis?: If the pain is on the outside, or lateral area of your hip, then it's likely to be bursitis. This typically responds to rest, ice or heat, and topical ointments. If the pain is in the front, or anterior part of your hip, then it may be something involving the hip joint. In that case, if rest and Ibuprofen don't help, have it checked out by your doctor.
