Running and leg pain: There is laxity on birth and you are de-conditioned. May have IT band syndrome from tightness or sciatica or piriformis syndrome which is like sciatica, but due to muscle compressing the sciatic nerve. You should start slow with walking/ stretches and gradually go to 1 mile over course of 2-3 weeks. May need kinesiotape, ice, motrin like drugs if OK with peds ( if nursing) f/u /w/ doc
