No: Suboxone doesn't affect the menstrual cycles or hormones. But opiate abuse might have caused problems prior. As dr passer suggested you need to be sure you're not pregnant.

It can but unusual: all opiates, and especially long-acting opiates, have effects on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, causing a decrease in the production of several hormones necessary for proper ovulation in women, and sperm production in men. You need to be asking these questions of your buprenorphine provider and your primary care physician. If you have been sexually active, you could also be pregnant.
