Dimenhidranate: This antinauseant has less activity than dimenphenadrine and whether it will be effective in controlling vomiting from norovirus infection is difficult to predict. Depends on the severity of infection, size of patient, dose taken and a variety of other factors. Unlikely to be harmful.
