I had diarrhoea on tuesday whole day.it stopped after taking medication at night but now i have a fever stuck at 100 degrees.no other symptoms.im on both paracetamol and antibiotic.should i worry about covid?

have you been tested for covid? it is confusing if you look at all the symptoms that can be caused by covid, but those symptoms certainly could be covid related. I would suggest getting tested if you haven't been. good luck!
