My child is 3 year old. he developed some skin infection.rashes all over body & has episodes of fever 99.3 to 99.6 since yesterday. i went to my pedia and she gave allergy medicine plus paracetamol syrup. i also use calosoft lotion on rashes. y fever?

Hard to say: Many viral illnesses will also eventually have a rash. The pattern of distribution is often diagnostic of the type/strain. However, the temperature cited is not considered a real fever in most circles. It is not clear from the info listed what is going on.
