While being on antibiotics for bladder infection or uti, how long does the pain last?

Depends: Depends on which antibiotic, which bacteria is growing and the level of resistance that bacteria has to the antibiotic being used. Also, if you doctor assumed it was a uti, but instead it is a urethritis you may need further evaluation. If not better or worse near the end of the antibiotic course, you need to be reevaluated.
