See below: Look for changes in consciousness, tiredness or lethargy, vomiting, headache. If he becomes increasingly lethargic- go to an emergency room immediately.

Should Be OK: By this time, 1 day later, if he is acting completely normal, do not worry about it. Signs can be persistant vomiting, disorientation, stumbling gait, and unequal pupils. Obviously if you have questions call your pediatrician.
