Not substantially.: Actually we have increased the human life span quite a bit in the last century. As you are 82 i see you have already benefitted a great deal from modern medicine. It is unlikely we will see any significant increase in life span for the next 50 years. We might make some incremental advances, but seems we are hitting a wall built by nature.
