An uncomplicated cholecystectomy is not expected to affect one’s lifespan. Complications, acute and chronic, are always possible, rare nowadays, and should be discussed in detail with surgical team prior to operation.

Removal of a gallbladder per will not affect your longevity. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
