A member asked:

Sore throat under chin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Under chin?: What do you mean under your chin? You mean you're throat is sore and you localize it to your trachea? It's still would be considered pharyngitis. So if it's persistent or is acute and you have fever, respiratory symptoms etc. You should be seen to determine the cause. There are not infectious causes of a sore throat as well. Acid-reflux and allergic rhinitis to name two.
