Not thyroid: The thyroid is lower, not high under the chin. High dhea-s can indicate polycystic ovarian syndrome, in which the ovaries produce too much male hormone. The bump might be a lymph node, cyst, or other problem. If it persists, please see your doctor.

Not likely: The sore throat near chin is likely not a thryoid problem, as the thyroid sits much lower on your neck unless you have goiter. I would definitely go to an endocrinologist to workup your elevated dhea-sulfate level. That could be idiopathic or the sign of a real hormonal imbalance.

You will need Exam: This problem outlined by your question will need to undergo asap examination by your local internal medical physician. The "sore throat near chin" may be due to a number of diagnoses, and thus does not lend itself to 'diagnostic conjecture' within this forum. (it could be due to inflammed lymph node, inflammed salivary gland, skin infection proper, just to name a few possiblities.).
