Give it more time: Many times patients experience new symptoms of spine pain after surgical procedures. If you are just having low back pain without leg pain, then waiting a little longer will usually help the symptoms. Be sure to discuss this with your gynecologist.

See below: Back pain could be due to many things such as post surgical healing, an infection, a hematoma, an urinary problem, so since you still have pain, you need to be seen by the OB gyn that did the surgery.
