Im having lymohnodes under my ear sometimes especially when.its cold..but goes away after a few minutes..is ds cancer?

Unlikely: There are 300 lymph nodes in the head and neck and all respond to infection. Persistent swelling over 4 weeks is worrisome. Temporary swelling is not.

Not likely: Lymph nodes involved with cancer are typically hard, immovable and do not go away after a couple of minutes.
