Yes and maybe: Your glucose levels are all in diabetic range -- fasting should be 60-100; 1 hour GTT should be <200; 2 hour GTT should be <140. Over time, this situation will be damaging to your body. Your doctor will probably want you to take oral hypoglycemic medicine, lose weight, exercise, and eat healthy whole (not processed) foods. Making these changes could reverse this condition. Good luck to you.
