Very unusual : We see similar glucose responses in patients with dumping syndrome, though would've expected blood sugar to become low after a couple of hours. Have you had gastric bypass or other GI condition? Insulin levels drawn concomitant with glucoses will be very helpful if available. A hba1c? This is not the typical ogtt result of someone with diabetes.
