Sure!: Any stress, illness, or change in your routine may affect menses. You would think that a bladder infection would not directly affect your period, but there is the mental stress, the physical pain, perhaps the antibiotics, or other factors that affect you. Antibiotics could affect your birth control pills, so use a back-up method of birth control. Everything is connected: mental and physical.
