Have you consulted: a urologist yet? You definitely would benefit from a comprehensive work up - looking at post-void residuals and seeing if you have retrograde urine flow which would set you up for recurrent UTIs. Are you sure you don't have interstitial cystitis? Have you received results from urine cultures? Are you getting right antibiotics or are bacteria strains drug-resistant? Lots unknowns. Need further care
