Not normally: If there were complications from a UTI resulting in a significant stress to the body - it might occur.

Possible: Any stress on the body can effect the menstrual cycle, therefore the stress of a UTI could do this. Typically this is not norm. Any further questions or concerns can be reviewed with a primary physician or OB/GYN

Here are some ...: Most female UTIs are uncomplicated and would not alter the systemic stability of the body. So, the odd of late period links to a uncomplicated UTI is extremely low.
