A member asked:

Is using waterpik as good as flossing ? or will it be better to use both right after the other?

Floss after: Water pik is no substitute for flossing. It will get large bits out, but will not be as effective as floss. Finish with flossing and get the benefits of both. Careful, the water pik makes a mess!

Flossing is more : Important than waterpick. You may use both.
