Go to ER OR URGENT C: I would go to er or urgent care to rule out appendicitis since you do have right sided pain.

Low back pain: If this has persisted more than a few days or is associated with difficulty walking due to leg weakness or you have difficulty controlling your bowels or bladder you need to be seen by your PCP fairly soon. Back pain usually self resolves. You can try heat, rest and anti-inflamatories. You said the pain goes to your "rig" I assume you mean leg.
