None: No glaucoma drops have to be taken at night. Most doctors prescribe prostaglandin analog drops in the evening or at bedtime based on original studies with xalatan (latanoprost).

They don't: Prostaglandin inhibitors ; latanoprost, travatan z and Lumigan are most often given at night because they can cause some ocular surface irritation. This is noticed less while sleeping. They can be taken in the morning . A gel forming drop such as timolol gf should be taken before sleep since it can blur your vision.
